How does the Dear Circle Snail Mail subscription work?
Each month, we send a lovingly crafted envelope containing a heartfelt letter, a featured resource, and a small keepsake — all part of your monthly subscription to Dear Circle.
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly), and to receive the next month’s letter, sign up by the 15th of the current month. Mailings are sent the week of the 15th.
Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely! Dear Circle makes a beautiful gift for any military family member. You can enter the recipient’s name and mailing address at checkout.
Want to include a note or special message? Just send us an email after checkout — we’ll make it personal 💌
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only mail within the United States due to postal limitations.
But you can still experience the heart of Dear Circle — we offer a digital version of each monthly letter, ideal for international recipients or those who prefer email-based delivery.
When will I receive my letter?
Snail mail is sent the week of the 15th each month using traditional stamps — not tracked mail.
Please allow for standard USPS delivery time. If you haven’t received your letter within 2 weeks, contact us at info@dearcircle.com, and we’ll take care of you.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime before your next billing cycle.
Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable but include 12 full months (with the 12th month free!).

Can I change my address after ordering?
If you notice an error in your address, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before mailing, but changes aren’t guaranteed once we’ve begun processing.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each mailing is curated and time-sensitive, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an error on our end.
If you receive the wrong mailing or a damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos at info@dearcircle.com, and we’ll make it right.

Dear Circle began with a simple belief: even across distance, we are never truly alone.
As a military spouse, someone who worked in family readiness for the Marine Corps (as a Deployment Readiness Coordinator, formerly known as Family Readiness Officer), and now a proud parent of a Marine, I’ve walked alongside families through deployments, homecomings, and everything in between. In that role, my mission was clear — to build a strong, informed, and connected community. I was responsible for ensuring 100% communication with every family, offering them not just updates, but genuine support, encouragement, and care.
That experience left a mark on my heart — a reminder that even the smallest outreach can make someone feel seen.
Dear Circle was born from that same calling: to deliver warmth and belonging through something as simple and powerful as a letter. Each envelope carries a heartfelt message, a thoughtful resource, and a small keepsake — little reminders that no matter the miles, we are part of a circle that holds us together.
