💌 What will I receive each month?
Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully created mailing designed to bring a sense of connection, care, and reflection.
Every envelope follows a simple rhythm:
- Connect — a heartfelt letter
- Reflect — a short affirmation or reflection
- Reach Out — something you can share or send to someone else
- Grow — a meaningful resource or seasonal inspiration
📅 When will my letter arrive?
Mailings are sent the week of the 10th of each month using standard USPS delivery.
To receive that month’s mailing, please sign up by the 30th of the month before.
🌍 Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, physical mailings are only available within the United States.
We hope to expand internationally in the future. A digital version of each monthly letter will also be available.
🔄 Can I cancel my subscription?
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
✏️ Can I update my address?
If you need to update your address, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make changes before mailing begins.
📦 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each mailing is curated and time-sensitive, returns and exchanges aren’t available.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
