SHIPPING POLICY

Dear Circle currently ships within the United States. Shipping and fulfillment times vary depending on the type of product purchased.

SUBSCRIPTION MAILINGS

Dear Circle subscription editions are prepared ahead of each new month and mailed between the 25th and the last day of the previous month.

Your first edition is determined by the date you subscribe:

• Subscriptions purchased on or before the 5th of the month will begin with the following month’s edition.
• Subscriptions purchased after the 5th of the month will begin with the month-after-next edition.

For example:

Subscribe September 5 → your first edition is October.

Subscribe September 6 → your first edition is November.

Monthly mailings are generally expected to arrive around the 1st–8th, although USPS delivery times may vary.

Free U.S. shipping is included with Dear Circle subscription mailings, so there is no additional shipping charge for your monthly mail.

TRY IT ONCE MAILINGS

Try It Once orders follow the same monthly preparation and mailing schedule as subscriptions.

• Orders placed on or before the 5th of the month will receive the following month’s edition.
• Orders placed after the 5th of the month will receive the month-after-next edition.

Try It Once editions are mailed between the 25th and the last day of the previous month and are generally expected to arrive around the 1st–8th, although USPS delivery times may vary.

Free U.S. shipping is included with Try It Once mailings.

ARCHIVED LETTERS

Archived Letters are past Dear Circle editions that are already available for individual purchase and do not follow the monthly subscription mailing schedule.

Archived Letter orders are generally prepared and mailed within 3 business days of purchase.

Shipping for Archived Letters is included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

BOUTIQUE / PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Products purchased through the Dear Circle Boutique may be produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. Because these products are made after an order is placed, production and shipping times may vary by item.

Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery information will be shown when applicable during checkout.

Boutique products may ship separately from Dear Circle mailings or other items in the same order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products do not require physical shipping. Access or download information will be provided electronically after purchase according to the instructions provided with the product.

DELIVERY TIMES

Mailing and delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Dear Circle monthly subscription and Try It Once mailings are generally expected to arrive around the 1st–8th of the edition month, but actual delivery times may vary.

Once an order has been transferred to USPS or another shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please note that any mailing or fulfillment timeframe listed in this policy refers to when an item leaves Dear Circle or our fulfillment partner. Actual transit time may vary.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@thedearcircle.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or been prepared for mailing.

For subscription members, keeping your mailing address current before each monthly mailing is prepared is especially important.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
