Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Subscriptions
Dear Circle subscriptions are offered in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month terms. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and automatically renews for the same subscription term on your next renewal date unless you cancel before that date.

For example, if you purchase a 6-month subscription on September 14, 2026, your next renewal date will be March 14, 2027. To avoid being charged for another 6-month term, you must cancel before March 14, 2027.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Your current paid subscription will remain active through the end of the subscription term you have already purchased.
